Who is responsible

Jiří Dolinski, Zikova 2116/28, 628 00 Brno, Czech Republic (IČO 01142593), is responsible for your data. You can reach him through the contact page.

The app

• Your audio, loops and projects stay on your Mac. WaveLooper does not upload them anywhere.
• The app asks for permission to use your microphone or to record audio from other apps only so it can record what you choose. That audio never leaves your Mac.
• To check your licence, the app sends your licence key to Paddle.
• If the app crashes or freezes, it sends a crash report the next time it opens. The report says what went wrong, plus the app version, your Mac model and macOS version. It contains no audio, no project or file names, no IP address and nothing that identifies you. Reports go to Sentry, on servers in the EU. You can turn this off in Settings › General.

This website

• The website does not use cookies, ads or tracking.
• Your browser remembers the light or dark setting you pick. That stays on your device.
• The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.

When you write to us

The contact form sends your name, email and message to us through Web3Forms, which forwards it by email. We use it only to answer you, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

News by email

If you sign up for news, your email address is stored by MailerLite. You get a confirmation email first, and every email has an unsubscribe link.

Buying

Paddle handles payments as our Merchant of Record and processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email and country so we can support your licence.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to us and we will answer within a month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
