14 days, no questions asked

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

• Use the link in your receipt email from Paddle, or go to paddle.net and look up your order.
• Or contact us with the email you bought with, and we will arrange it.

The refund goes back to the way you paid. Your licence key stops working once the refund is done.

After 14 days

If something is wrong after that, write to us anyway. We would rather fix the problem or find a fair solution.
